Terms of Service
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all services offered by Laura Jessica Walker, trading as laurajessica.com (“I”, “me”, or “my”). By booking or purchasing any of my services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Services
I offer the following services:
Restore 1:1
A twelve-week, six-session 1:1 coaching programme for women in burnout recovery, delivered fortnightly via Google Meet. Includes WhatsApp support between sessions and full access to Restore Foundations.
Dementia Daughters Session
A single 1:1 session for daughters or family member supporting a parent (or loved one) with dementia. A space to talk things through, understand what’s happening, and explore manageable next steps. Delivered via Google Meet.
Ongoing Coaching Packages
Available to clients who have completed Restore 1:1 or a Dementia Daughters session and wish to continue working together.
3 sessions session block
6 session block
Sessions take place via Google Meet, with WhatsApp support available between sessions. Frequency is agreed between us at the point of booking.
Restore Foundations
A self-paced recorded programme comprising seven modules and twelve videos. Covers nervous system care, boundaries, overwhelm, and burnout patterns. Instant access on purchase.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to access any of my services. By booking or purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Fees and Payment
All fees are as listed above and are payable in full prior to your first session or, in the case of Restore Foundations, at the point of purchase. Payment details will be confirmed at the time of booking.
By making payment, you confirm that you can afford the fee at the time of purchase.
5. Refunds
A 3-day money-back guarantee applies to all purchases, from the date of payment, provided no sessions have yet taken place and — in the case of Restore Foundations — the material has not been accessed.
To request a refund within this window, please contact me at laura@laurajessica.com. Refunds will not be issued for sessions already delivered or for digital content that has been accessed.
6. Scheduling and Cancellations
Session bookings will be confirmed once payment has been received. Calendar invitations are sent via Google Meet.
If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or missed sessions without notice may be forfeited without refund.
If I need to reschedule, I will give you at least 24 hours’ notice, except in the case of illness or emergency.
7. Between Sessions
WhatsApp support is available between sessions for brief check-ins, reflections, or questions. I aim to respond within 24 hours on working days. This is not a crisis or emergency service.
If you need immediate support, please contact an appropriate professional or service such as your GP, a mental health charity helpline, or emergency services if required.
8. Nature of Coaching
My services are coaching-based and do not constitute therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. I am not a therapist, psychologist, or medical professional, and my services are not a substitute for professional mental health or medical care.
If something arises during our work together that would be better supported by a qualified professional, I will say so and may ask that you seek appropriate support before we continue.
You are responsible for your own decisions and actions throughout. Coaching works best when you bring honesty, openness, and a willingness to engage with the process.
9. Confidentiality
Everything you share with me in sessions is treated as confidential. I will not disclose information about you or our work together to any third party without your written consent, with one exception:
If you disclose something that leads me to reasonably believe there is an imminent risk of harm to you or another person, I may need to act on that information. I would aim to discuss this with you first wherever it is safe to do so.
10. AI-Assisted Note-Taking
I use Google Gemini (integrated with Google Meet) to generate session summaries for my own planning purposes. These summaries are supplementary to my own notes and are not shared with third parties.
By booking a session with me, you consent to this use of AI-assisted note-taking. If you have any concerns, please raise them before your first session and we can discuss alternatives.
Session summaries are retained for seven years in line with HMRC record-keeping requirements. Google Workspace does not use your session data for advertising or AI training purposes.
11. Intellectual Property
All content within Restore Foundations — including videos, written materials, and other resources — is my intellectual property. Access is granted for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, share, or use this content for commercial purposes without my prior written consent.
12. Conduct
I ask that you engage with my services in good faith: attending sessions as agreed, communicating honestly, and treating our working relationship with care.
I reserve the right to end a coaching relationship if conduct is harmful, dishonest, or fundamentally incompatible with productive work together. In such circumstances, a pro-rata refund will be considered at my discretion.
13. Limitation of Liability
I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of my services. All services are provided in good faith and to the best of my professional ability, but outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
14. Changes to Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at laurajessica.com. For existing clients, any material changes will be communicated directly. Continued use of my services after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
